Here we put the final ouches on a 914-6-3.0 motor and install it in a 914.

We had previously built the engine and rebuilt the 901 transmission.
 

After attching the cpressure placte and clutch, we added the stainless headers from B&B Fabrications.

Next all the sheet metal is installed.

Next the engine is carefull raised into the awaiting chassis, prepared by jeff Brubaker.

A thing of beauty!

And it's done.  Jeff has some lkines to make up so starting it will be delayed for about a month. The engine starts for the first time on April 21, 2002, exactly four weeks later.
