The fun part was cutting out the old pan.That part is not shown.

Here the new pan is fitted up

Care is taken to fit the joints nicely.

The front apron is punched and welded to simulate spot welds

Now trhew area is cold galvanized.

And the tank support fitted

Now for some additional derustification

Ouch.

Then the entire pan gets a coat of seam-sealer.
