Instant-G Stainless exhaust for SC and Carrera or Carrera exhaust on 3.6 conversion

NOTE - THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT INCLUDE A CATALYST - CHECK YOUR LCOAL EMISSIONS LAWS!

We custom fabricate this exhaust using a ceramic packed stainless muffler. Tubing size is 2.5" throughout, and mandrel bent constant-diameter tubing is used  . We use the factory "Y" feed from the catalyst.  Includes Oxygen sensor port and polished tip.  Price is $395 and includes bracket (painted black, not unfinished as shown).  Each is custom fabricated on a car so we KNOW it fits!

Complete Carrera exhausts are ususally available for an additional $500 with the exhaust ports modified for 3.6 conversion.  You will need to replace the exhaust studs with longer Carrera studs.
 
 

We also re-weld the inlet and outlet junctions on the muffler for added strength.  We also make sure the last 7" of the pipe is straight so it can be replaced with a resonator tip if additional quieting is desired.
 
 

Clearance to the valve cover is close so a heat sheild is recommended and can be supplied at nominal cost.

Bracket of tubular steel attaches to existing mount points on the 3.6 cross member.  SC/Carrera uses similar bracket.
