1976 Porsche 912 with COMPLETE FACTORY Carrera2 Bodywork and engine!
 

• Black Non-sunroof 1976 912E
• less than 100 miles since completion of trans, clutch, suspension.
• Additional modifications (headers, race seats, harnesses, rollbar, etc) available upon request.
• VERY quick.  It is 800 lbs lighter than a C2, and has an additional 20 HP.
• C2: 3180 lbs 247 HP: lb/hp = 12.87
• This car: 2379 lbs, 265 HP = 8.97 HP
• So what? That's like a stock C2 with 354 HP! Think about it!

Bodywork

• Doors, fenders,  hood, headlights, urethane bumpers and reinforcements, everything but the roof from a factory C2
• All sheet metal very straight
• Clean pan
• Factory C2 deck lid, and operational retractable tail,
• Butt welded carrera rear flares
• RSA/993 factory aero mirrors
• C2 Cup Car style 7.5+9x17" wheels with cloisonné inlaid porsche crests
• 205/235 tires.  Fronts are nearly new Falkens.  Rears are MXX3 Pilots and should be replaced

• 1991 Carrera2 3.6 ltr engine conversion
• Factory heat exchanger -w- C2 Stainless Steel cat bypass and "powertube" resonator bypass
• Cyntex Chips modified for lightened flywheel, 275 HP
• MSDS Power Cone/K&N Air filter, reshaped by hand for better flow
• 1983 5 speed 915 trans, rebuilt with all new dogs, synchros, sliders July 2000, less than 100 miles.
• New clutch disk with aluminum pressure plate and lightweight Patrick Motorsports flywheel

RSA Power Black full cloth sport seats - OR race seats.

RSA door panels -w- electric windows

RSA carpet set with seat back delete

New black headliner

Fitti F3 Leather steering wheel -w- porsche crest horn button

• Carrera front suspension with urethane bushings, Carrera calipers, recent rotors and aluminum crossmember
• Turbo tie-rods
• Bilstein Sport Shocks (Yellow) on all four corners
• Aluminum trailing arms with new wheel bearings (July 2000)
• Non power Carrera brakes (oh well)
• Adjustable Front and Rear Weltmeister  sway bars, factory reinforced rear sway bar mounts
• Weltmeister PolyUrathane bushings throughout (Sept 00)
• Weltmeister strut brace
• 21/30 mm Weltmeister torsion bars (Sept 00)
• Adjustable rear spring plates
• Complete alignment and weight balance to track specs (Sept 00).

• A few rust bubbles around bottom of rear window, 1/4" dia max.
• Dashboard looks like it was treated by the Obobwu tribe in their shrunken head processing plant! Definitely should be replaced.

OK, so I should have vacuumed the interior.  Hey, at least I washed it!  Seats look
very good in person and electric up/down is functional.

Rear seats per RSA with seat back delete.  Carpet is decent. Again, I should have
cleaned it first.  Hopefully more pics soon including the motor.

Engine:
 

Heat exchangers a bit wet from engine being upside down on stand.  Notice the fresh trans with
Dow Corning 730 sealant.  Swepco Blue (80W90) synthetic fluid.

Stainless cat bypass.  Also includes "powertube" which eliminates the resonator.
